Ordering, shipping & delivery
After placing your order at baleinestudio.com, you will receive an email with order confirmation and details.
You will receive your parcel within 1-4 days after you have placed your order. On weekends or Danish puplic holidays your order will be shipped the next following business day.
We ship to the address provided by you, with GLS to the nearest package shop or to your door. If you have chosen delivery to door, you have to be home the day the package are out for delivery, otherwise your package will end up at a package shop.
We offer free delivery to parcel shops in Denmark for purchases over DKK 500.
Payment
Accept the following forms of payment: VISA, Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, MobilePay, Google Pay, ApplePay, Paypal.
Please note that your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
When paying with Mastercard Debit, the total amount will be reserved in accordance with the terms outlined by your card issuer until we either accept or decline payment.
Returns
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days of full return on all items, that has not been opened.
All costs in connection with the return of goods are borne by the buyer. Upon return, the buyer is responsible for the correct packaging and bears the risk of the item from the time of delivery until the time of receipt at us.
You must return goods in their original packaging. You bear the risk for goods in transit. Save your receipt and tracking information until you have confirmation from us that the items have been received correctly.
We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.
We credit the credit card which was used for the purchase as soon as possible and as the latest 14 days after we receive your package.

If you wish to exchange your product, note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.
Complaints
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Therefore, your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, providing you with a 2-year warranty from the date you receive your items.
It is important to note that the warranty does not apply if the product's shelf life is exceeded.
The product's shelf life after opening is indicated by a jar icon on the packaging, and your warranty is limited to this specified shelf life period for the product.
